Title:Kiosk Troubleshooting



This workshop centers on answering some of the most common questions received about issues experienced with the kiosk. We review ways to troubleshoot common kiosk concerns related to Images & Slides, Button Selection and Campaigns, Button Page Settings, and Kiosk App management.

Q - Why is my logo blocking the buttons on my main page? (4:50)

A - Your header image is too large. Select a smaller image.


Q - What size should my images be for Headers and Slides? (6:58)

A - Scale according to device, resolution, and kiosk area. Use layout & functionality menu to set layout & area width. Use the kiosk preview to determine image scale.


Q - What do I do when y kiosk says NO LOYALTY CAMPAIGN CONFIGURED. (10:56)

A - Verify that your loyalty campaign is set-up correctly. Single Tier set to 1 is not recognized as a loyalty campaign.


Q - Why is the kiosk sending 2 welcome texts when they join? (13:30)

A - Typically occurs when the kiosk's after trigger is set to the same campaign as the active kiosk button. Deactivate the after trigger.


Q - Why are people getting 2 coupons when they join? (15:53)

A - Typical result when the kiosk's instant reward and the campaign's 001 are both delivering a coupon. Choose one method to deliver coupons to new contacts and deactivate the other. 


Q - Why don't the kiosk fields reflect my data selections? (18:07)

A - Check your Loyalty+Data page input fields and edit them accordingly.


Q - How do I get more compliance with my double opt-in filter? (20:55)

A - Add instructions to the kiosk's initial opt-in message.


Q - How do I increase the font size of the display texts? (22:37)

A - Widen the element text and, or, add line breaks.


Q - Why is the kiosk asking for a Kiosk ID instead of a Pin? (25:37)

A - The linked kiosk being displayed is inactive or the account it resides in is inactive.


Q - What do I do if I can't remember the account or kiosk the tablet is linked to? (26:19)

A - Locate the WiFi MAC Address of the device and contact support for assistance.
