The Inbound Data Capture feature allows the contact to send information back into the system and save it to the selected field. When a message has Inbound Data Capture ON, a contact cannot text in to a new keyword until the data capture is complete, otherwise this keyword will get saved into the data capture field. 

The Inbound Data Capture lock will stay active on the system for 24 hours.
