Our system only supports messages sent to US and Canadian cellular carriers depending on the messaging code used. 

Short Codes are country specific and will only support messages to handsets belonging to carriers in that country. For example, a US short code will only work with US cellular providers. A Canadian short code will only work with Canadian cellular providers.

Toll free numbers (TF#s) as well as 10 digit long codes (10-DLCs) support messages to both US and Canadian numbers simultaneously.

All other international numbers are unable to receive messages from the platform at this time.
