Step 1.

Click Contacts from the platform menu.


Step 2.

Click Add Contacts. 


Step 3.

Enter the new contact’s information in the fields provided. The system will automatically check the mobile number for the cellphone carrier information. 


Step 4.

Click on the SAVE button to save your new contact.


Note: All contacts manually added to an account with an active TCPA will need to provide consent before they can receive messages.
