The Auto Engage feature is created to automatically send a message to customers when they haven’t checked in within a certain amount of time.
Step 1.
Create a kiosk. The only way to set up auto engage is to have an active kiosk.

Step 2.
Edit your kiosk by clicking the pencil icon next to your kiosk.
Step 3.
Once inside your kiosk, look to the top right corner of the screen and locate the button labeled auto engage.
Step 4.
The first step is to give your auto engage program a name.
Step 5.
Next you will select the amount of time since a customers’ last check in.
Step 6.
Now select the time you want this message to go out.
Step 7.
Then create the message you would like to send out to customers to try to entice them to come back into your stores.
Step 8.
You also have the option of adding a coupon if you would like.
Step 9.
Now that the parameters are set, click create and your program is ready.
Note: Once created, you are able to create additional programs as well, there is no limit to how many auto engage messages can be created.
Step 10.
Once created, you have the opportunity to edit or deactivate your program at any time.
To deactivate, click the ON button which will prevent the message attached to this program from going out.
To edit a program, click the icon that pops up when you hover over the right hand side of each component.
