Using the Clear Number button in the Digital Kiosk Wizard allows a mobile number to behave as if it were new in the system once again. This can be useful for teams that need to retest kiosk settings and ensure that the displays behave as desired.
Note: Depending on the age of the number and any non-kiosk activity that has been recorded, some aspects of the contact recorded may not be be entirely cleared.
To use this feature follow the steps below:
Step 1.
Click Mobile Tools > click Digital Kiosk Wizard.
Step 2.
Click the edit icon for the desired kiosk.
Step 3.
Locate and click the Clear Number button.
Step 4.
Enter the mobile number to be cleared and click CLEAR MOBILE DATA.
