New Feature: February 18, 2021

Subject: New popup PROMPT when scheduling a text broadcast.

Based on feedback from multiple users, we have added a popup prompt when sending a text broadcast as a final confirmation before clicking SUBMIT. Several users have requested a prompt to alert a user that clicking SUBMIT will actually schedule their message.  The alert is new and may create some confusion for those that see it for the first time. The popup alert is a warning that clicking OK will submit the message to the system.
