New Feature: February 14, 2024

Subject: NEW Default Campaign Selection for Blasts

In an effort to help reduce the number of steps to send a blast, and to assist clients with accounts that have numerous keywords, the team has built a new "Default Keyword for Short Code" feature.  

The new option is located within the Mobile Setting menu of all accounts.  

When activated, the keyword selected as the "Default Keyword for Short Code," will automatically appear as the selected campaign when sending blasts. 

If the blast needs to be sent from a different keyword than the default, use the Select Campaign drop down in the composer to change campaigns for the blast.
