Subject: KCM Waitlist "New Entry" Continuous Alert
Our team has added a new waitlist option for a continuous alert that is live and available in the waitlist settings of the KCM.
When active, new entries on the KCM Waitlist will display a blinking “NEW ENTRY” tag on the waitlist and will continuously sound an alert until the "NEW ENTRY" tag is clicked.
To turn this feature on go into the KCM Waitlist Settings and under the Audible Alerts select:
- New Waitlist Entry - Yes
- New Entry Continuous Alert - Yes
Once both settings are activated in the Waitlist, New Entries will be identified in the top right hand corner and sound the audible alert until the tag is clicked. Clicking the tag acknowledges the new entry and disables the continuous alert.
Note: If audible alerts on the KCM Waitlist cannot be heard, please check the browser and volume settings of the device being used to display the KCM Waitlist.
