New Function: October 12, 2021

Subject: Mobile Campaign Lock when linked to Trigger Campaign

The team has added a new function to Mobile Campaigns that prevents them from being deleted if they are linked to a trigger campaign. 

When a mobile campaign is linked to a trigger campaign, a lock icon will appear in the delete column of the Mobile Campaigns page.

Click the lock Icon and a pop-up will appear explaining that the campaign has been locked and identifying which trigger campaign it is linked to. 

To delete a locked campaign, edit the Trigger Campaign identified in the pop-up and link it to a replacement mobile campaign. This will unlock the mobile campaign and allow it to be deleted.
