Subject: NEW Target List Parameter "Contact Source"
A new Target List parameter has been added called "Contact Source," which identifies the contact's original point of entry into an account's database.
Options listed in BLACK represent actively used points of entry for the account.
Click the SHOW ALL SOURCES button to view all of the possible source options. Options that are GREY represent unused points of entry for the account.
Below is a list of all the potential available options that may appear in this filter:
Incoming Text - Contact texted in a keyword
Manually Added - Contact was manually added in platform
Text Reminder System - Contact was added in the text reminder system
Kiosk - Contact was added through the kiosk
Other Source - Other default source
Touchless Kiosk - Contact was added through touchless kiosk check-in
File Import - Contact was imported from file
Send Message API - Contact was added by the single message API
Gateway API - Contact was added from an API query
Web Form - Contact was added from web form wizard
Coupon Widget - Contact was added through the coupon widget system
Kiosk Check-In Manager - Contact was added manually in kiosk check-in manager
Drop & Go - Contact was added through drop & go system
Send Message - Contact was added by a custom send message page
Send Broadcast API - Contact was added by the send broadcast API
Custom Web Form - Contact was added from a web form other than the web form wizard
Waitlist Self-Checkin - Contact added through waitlist self check-in
Below is a list of specialized options that only appear for specific accounts:
Inbox Cleanup - Unique tool used for managing contacts from the inbox
File Import - Other Provider - Contact was imported from file coming from 3rd party mobile provider
Parsed-Data Not Opted-In - Contact that was imported with a custom programming tool in use between January 2018 - August 2019 but did not complete the double-optin process
Parsed-Data Import - Contact that was imported and opted with a custom programming tool in use between January 2018 - August 2019
3rd Party Integration - Contact added through integration with 3rd party application
