New Option: February 11, 2022

Subject: NEW "Skip First Recipient" Coupon Sharing Option

If you're sending sharable coupon using ~share~ in the message, you now have the ability to prevent the system from issuing a redeemable coupon to the first recipient. 

This new option has been added to the coupon details set-up page under the COUPON REDEMPTION & SHARING MENU. To activate it, simply check mark the box to SKIP FIRST RECIPIENT and then click the update button.

Q: Who is the "First Recipient"?

A: The "First Recipient" is the contact who was sent a message from the system containing ~share~. 

Q: Will the Share Restriction "ONLY Contacts That Received Coupon" prevent Skip First Recipient from working?

A: No. Even though the First Recipient was not issued a coupon, and "ONLY Contacts That Received Coupon is on, they will still be able to use the widget's share options to share the coupon with others. 

Q: Can the First Recipient share the coupon with their own mobile number?

A: Yes. They can share the coupon with themselves. However, once they accept the coupon they cannot share and accept another coupon with their own mobile number.
