We would like to bring your attention to a new Carrier Tariffs report that is now available for you in the dashboard.
This new Carrier Tariffs report replaces the previous Carrier Totals report which did not provide for a comprehensive breakdown of tariff costs on all the different messaging codes: short codes, 10-DLC, and Toll-Free #s.
This new Carrier Tariffs report will give you a complete breakdown of all applicable tariff costs for users and also lets you filter your data and your totals by:
- Country (US / Canada)
- Messaging Codes (Short Codes / 10-DLCs / Toll-Free #s)
- Message Type (SMS / MMS)
You can access this new report by going to REPORTS > CARRIER TARIFFS.
We hope this new report is helpful and provides you with the granular details of all tariff costs accrued by users.
