New Feature: April 3, 2024


Subject: KCM (Kiosk Check-in Manager) Check-In List Columns

 


Points earned and adjusted now display on the KCM (Kiosk Check-In Manager) Check-In List screen. 


This new feature lets users easily spot-check customer check-ins and adjust points earned as needed.
 



EARNED - This column represents the Value received by the kiosk during check-in. 

  • Loyalty Button - When using the Loyalty Button of the kiosk, this value will always be 1. 
  • Loyalty+Data Button - When using Loyalty+ Data Button set to Data Capture, this value will always be 1.
  • Loyalty+Data Button - When using Loyalty+ Data Button set to Quantity Selector, this value will always be 1 for new opt-ins. For returning contacts this value will represent the Points/Spend value entered during the check-in. 

 

ADJUSTMENTS - This column represents the modified check-ins, either increased or decreased, which is entered by employees using the KCM to manage contact profiles.
