Subject: Coupon Summary Report
We have recently added a new Coupon Summary Report which provides a glance reporting of issued, viewed, and redeemed coupons for an account based on the date parameter selected.
Access the new report in the REPORTS menu and follow the steps below to generate a Coupon Summary Report:
Step 1.
Choose the data parameters to view all coupons within the time range.
Note: Due to volume, the coupon summary report is currently limited to displaying data covering a maximum time span of 6 months.
Step 2.
The report defaults to only displaying information related to active coupons. Use the Archived, Deleted, and In-Active options in order to see information related to archived, deleted, or inactive coupons.
Step 3.
Click the magnifying glass to render the report.
Step 4.
Once rendered, the report can exported as a CSV file and, or, saved as a PDF. Clicking the mail icon allows the report to be configured for automated email delivery.
Reading the Report
The Coupon Summary Report provides the following information:
- Coupon Name: The Name as it appears in the Coupon Title.
- Expiration: Displays "Ongoing" or a date depending on the coupon's expiration settings.
- Description: The Coupon Description as it appears within the coupon itself.
Issued / & Viewed / & Redeemed -
In the first set of information, the report reflects how many of each coupon were issued, viewed, and redeemed for the date range selected. This includes percentage stats on how many coupons were viewed and redeemed within the date range selected.
All Viewed / All Redeemed / All Expired -
In the second set of information, the stats display all viewed, redeemed, and expired coupons within or prior to the date range provided.
Note: Many times coupons are available for an extended period of time and the issued date may fall out of the date range selected, however coupons are still being viewed, redeemed or expired. This will allow a comparison of stats specific to and outside of the date range selected.
