We're excited to let you know that emoji support has been added across several areas of the system, giving you more ways to engage your audience and add personality to your messaging.

Emojis are now available in the following 
*areas:

  • Kiosk Auto Engage
  • Kiosk Group Engage
  • Campaign Opt-In Filters (Age & Double Opt-In)
  • Loyalty Messages (single and multi-tiered)


You can start using emojis in these areas right away - with no additional setup required.


*Note: MMS Support has not be enabled for Auto-Engage, Group-Engage, Campaign Filters, or Loyalty Messages. Using emojis with these features will require SMS messages, and could result in using additional message segments.
