Please be advised that as of this morning 11/24 at 10:15am PST (1:15pm EST) we were informed by our upstream partners of a service latency issue affecting Sprint MMS messaging. As a result, messages were experiencing delays and in some cases failure with the carrier. Please note that the platform is currently not experiencing any issues with SMS or MMS.

**UPDATE** (As of 2pm PST)

We have now been informed that Sprint has upgraded the messaging latency issue to an OUTAGE with MMS messaging. Sprint engineers continue to work on resolving the issue.  SMS Messaging on the Sprint network is unaffected.
