Subject: iVision Mobile - System Incident 7/1

 


Please be advised that the system experienced a brief outage today, between 12:45pm PT and 1:10pm PT.

It was determined that an SSD storage drive ran out of space, which then caused a series of cascading events throughout the system, ultimately resulting in a lock-up of multiple system functions:
- Messaging & API
- Kiosk
- Platform Access

Our engineers were engaged quickly and were able to resolve the issue with minimal downtime. The system is currently operational and catching up on unprocessed tasks. In the interim, our engineers will be working to determine what caused the drive to run out of space.

Please be advised that the iVision Mobile platform has been experiencing intermittent issues this morning, Monday July 3rd - starting around 11:20am PT and continuing currently.

The service disruptions, similar to Saturday and Sunday, are related to automated backup transaction logs that process every 2 hours and are exceeding storage limits. Our engineers are engaged and working diligently to resolve the issues and also determine the root cause resulting in the transaction logs to grow substantially larger than normal - an issue that started occurring on Saturday.

We sincerely apologize for the issues this might be causing you and your customers. Our team will send out an update when we have stabilized the system and have more information to share.
