Subject: Send Test Being Hidden From View
If you're looking for the send test button and cannot find it, please know that you are not going crazy. It is being hidden on purpose. Our team is currently working to resolve an issue with the SEND TEST option when scheduling a broadcast that is resulting in sending duplicate messages to the recipients. This duplicate message experience is limited to using the SEND TEST option. To avoid confusion and concern we have removed access to the SEND TEST feature while our programming team conducts their work.
For the meantime, sample messages can be sent using Target Lists or Individual messages. Updates to follow as we reach a resolution.
