Our upstream provider is currently observing longer that normal delivery times for SMS and MMS messages and DLRs on short-codes. Their engineers are working to restore normal delivery speeds as soon as possible. All other messaging and DLRs on the network are unaffected.

SMS and MMS message speeds on short-codes has been fully restored and normal delivery has resumed. Our partner's engineers continue to work on resolving DLR latency.

SMS and MMS message delivery acknowledgements (ACKs), delivery receipts (DLRs), and real time reporting have been fully restored and normal delivery has resumed. Our partner's engineers continue to work to resolve the root cause of the delays.
