We have been informed of an upstream issue affecting the delivery of traffic with Verizon. This may affect outbound SMS and MMS messages on short-codes.  All other short-code functionality should be unaffected.

Our upstream partners are working to resolve it as soon as possible. There is currently no estimated time to resolution, however, we will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.

Our upstream partner has updated us that Verizon is still experiencing messaging latency in their messaging platform. Their team continues to work on resolving this issue. There is currently no estimated time to resolution, however, we will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.

Delivery speed for messages to Verizon handsets has returned to normal, we are currently seeing no delays with SMS or MMS messages from the carrier.
