Subject: Delays in messaging affecting short-codes

Please be advised that users have reported delays in messaging affecting short codes today.

Engineers from our upstream aggregation partner are still continuing to work to restore normal message delivery speeds and reporting affecting short code messaging, as well as repair the cluster in the US West data center. All messaging is still pointing to the US East data center which is currently serving all traffic. As soon as the database cluster maintenance is complete, our upstream partner will reenable traffic in the US West instance. We will continue to provide updates until this issue is resolved.

You should see no more delays for Multi-Part messaging speed, and real time reporting has returned to normal. Our team of engineers will continue to review the root cause and implement any necessary system changes.
