Subject: Missing Delivery Reports on Select Short Codes

 


We are aware that some users are seeing an increased number of “N/A” statuses in delivery reports for MMS messages sent via certain short codes. This issue is limited to MMS delivery reports on a small number of short codes, and all affected messages are still being delivered successfully to recipients.

Upon review, our team has confirmed that this issue has been impacting MMS delivery report data for some short codes since May 15th.

If you’ve noticed a higher percentage of “N/A” statuses, please know we are actively investigating. We are working closely with our upstream aggregation partner to resolve the matter, restore accurate reporting for future messages, and backfill historical data where possible.
