Subject: Sent Message Reporting Delays

Please be advised that our team has identified delays with sent message reports.  The system is currently processing a backlog of messages that have been successfully delivered to our aggregation partners, but do not yet show in the messaging logs.

Our team has deployed additional temporary cleanup scripts to expedite processing of the backlog and is monitoring the cleanup to ensure the sent log reports catch up quickly with minimal impact to users.
